What do our teachers and support staff say
Paulina Essex Primary Teacher
“Teaching has always been my passion. I am a qualified teacher with experience in another country. I moved to England 3 years ago and started working in a pre-school to learn more about English education and culture. However, I missed teaching, so I decided to apply to primary schools. I encountered a barrier. I was getting answers to my applications that schools were looking for a person with teaching experience in this country. After a few attempts, talking to various agencies, I gave up and started looking for a job as TA. Then I got a call from one of the employees of this company, Bryony. And that was a turning point that gave me hope. Bryony is a wonderful person who listened and understood my situation. Action followed very quickly. A few days after her call, I was at school for an interview!
I could not have dreamed of a better school. I have already met the children and parents. I spent a wonderful two days at school to see the resources and meet the employees. I was very warmly welcomed. Everyone was so kind and helpful. I know that I will have a lot of support and teamwork which is very important to me.
Thank you 4myschools for choosing this school for me. I wanted a school where I would be able to get support due to the fact that this is my first year of teaching in England. I’ll do my best. I am already starting to do various teaching resources. I look forward to September!!
Thank you, thank you, thank you!”

“I started working with 4myschools in September. The signing up process was very straightforward and the staff member who recruited me, listened closely to my preferences. The app used for sharing availability and booking supply work is very effective and allows for flexibility. Thank you, 4myschools. Can highly recommend!”
