The Role:
We are seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Supply Primary Teachers to join our team for placements in primary schools across Sudbury starting in September. Whether you are an experienced educator or a newly qualified teacher, we have exciting opportunities waiting for you.
Key Responsibilities:
– Deliver engaging and effective lessons across various subjects in line with the national curriculum.
– Adapt to different school environments, quickly building rapport with students and staff.
– Maintain classroom management and create a positive learning environment.
– Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback to support their development.
– Collaborate with school staff to ensure a seamless transition for students during your placement.
Requirements:
– Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
– Experience teaching at primary level is desirable but not essential.
– Strong classroom management skills.
– Flexibility and adaptability to work in different school settings.
– A genuine passion for teaching and making a positive impact on students’ learning experiences.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
