The Role:

As a Secondary Supply Teacher, you will:
– Deliver engaging and effective lessons across a range of subjects and year groups.
– Adapt quickly to different classroom environments and school cultures.
– Maintain discipline and create a positive learning environment.
– Follow school policies and procedures, including those related to safeguarding and student welfare.
– Provide constructive feedback to students and support their academic progress.

Requirements:

– Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
– Experience teaching at the secondary level.
– Strong classroom management skills.
– Flexibility and adaptability to work in different schools and settings.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– A valid DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
