Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver a range of engaging activities that promote learning and development.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care.
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Observe and assess each child’s progress, providing feedback and planning next steps.
- Support children’s social and emotional development.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and stimulating environment.
Requirements:
- Level 3 qualification in childcare or equivalent (desired but not essential)
- Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
- A genuine passion for working with young children.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
