About the Role

As a Part-Time PPA Teacher, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality teaching and learning support across various classes. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive environment, ensuring consistency and continuity of education while allowing full-time teachers to have their planning, preparation, and assessment (PPA) time.

Key Responsibilities:

– Deliver engaging and effective lessons across different year groups.
– Ensure all students receive consistent and high-quality education.
– Adapt to various subjects and year groups, maintaining flexibility and enthusiasm.
– Collaborate with full-time teachers to understand lesson plans and objectives.
– Manage classroom behaviour effectively to create a positive learning environment.
– Maintain accurate records of student progress and provide feedback where necessary.

Requirements:

– Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
– Experience in teaching across multiple key stages is highly desirable.
– Strong classroom management skills.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
– Adaptability and a proactive approach to teaching.
