SEN LSA Opportunity in Great Yarmouth Norfolk

As a SEN LSA (Special Educational Needs Learning Support Assistant) on daily cover supply, you will work closely with teachers and support staff to provide tailored assistance to students with varying needs. Your role will be instrumental in fostering a positive and effective learning atmosphere.

Responsibilities of the SEN LSA:

Assist teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons.
Provide one-on-one support to students with additional needs.
Help with the preparation of learning materials and classroom organization.
Monitor and record student progress and behavior.
Support the emotional and social development of students.
Collaborate with colleagues to create an inclusive learning environment.

Requirements for the SEN LSA:

Experience working with children, preferably in an educational setting.
Knowledge of special educational needs (SEN) and related strategies.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant qualification) are desirable but not essential.
