4myschools are looking for a Secondary Geography Teacher for one of our Schools in Chelmsford, Essex.
Are you a passionate Geography Teacher looking for a new challenge? We are currently recruiting on behalf of an outstanding secondary school in Chelmsford, Essex, for a full-time Geography Teacher to cover a maternity leave. This role will commence from October half-term and is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced teacher or a talented ECT to join a dynamic and supportive department.
The Role:
– Full-time Geography Teacher to Key Stages 3 & 4 (Key Stage 5 experience is desirable but not essential)
– Delivering engaging and stimulating lessons that inspire students to achieve their best
– Planning, marking, and contributing to the wider school curriculum
– Providing pastoral support and maintaining excellent behaviour standards in the classroom
Requirements:
– Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
– Strong subject knowledge and a genuine passion for Geography
– Previous experience teaching Geography at the secondary level is preferred
– Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
