We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Class Teacher to join our vibrant primary school in Stevenage. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate educator to make a real impact on students’ academic progress and engagement. The position is available for an immediate start on a fixed-term contract basis until at least Christmas.

Key Responsibilities for a Fixed Term Class Teacher:

– Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum.

– Provide a positive, safe, and nurturing learning environment for all pupils.

– Monitor, assess, and report on pupils’ progress.

– Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and other staff members to support students’ learning.

Requirements:

– A qualified teacher with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).

– Experienced in teaching at primary level (KS1 or KS2).

– Strong in classroom management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate pupils.

– Flexible, adaptable, and able to hit the ground running with an immediate start.
