Job Opportunity: HLTA Sudbury – Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) – Full Time Temp to perm Oct to July

£90-£110 per day

HLTA Sudbury – Are you a passionate and dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) seeking a rewarding role in a supportive school environment? We are currently recruiting for an experienced HLTA to join a fantastic school in Sudbury, working primarily with Key Stage 2, especially Years 5 and 6.

In this full-time role, you will use your expertise to support teaching and learning, lead small group interventions, and assist with classroom management. You’ll play a key role in enhancing students’ learning experiences, helping them reach their full potential while working closely with teachers to deliver engaging lessons.

Key Responsibilities of a HLTA Sudbury:

– Assist in the planning, preparation, and delivery of lessons across various subjects
– Lead small group interventions and work 1:1 with students as needed
– Supervise and support pupils in their learning, ensuring a high-quality education
– Provide cover for teachers, leading whole-class lessons when required
– Work collaboratively with the teaching team to create an inclusive and stimulating learning environment
