As a Full Time PPA Cover Teacher, you will be providing essential cover for teachers during their Planning, Preparation, and Assessment (PPA) time across various year groups. This is a full-time role, ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys working with a diverse range of pupils.
Key Responsibilities:
– Delivering high-quality lessons to classes across a range of year groups in line with the National Curriculum.
– Ensuring that students remain engaged, motivated, and progressing during teacher PPA time.
– Working closely with teaching staff to ensure lesson continuity and adherence to school policies.
– Adapting teaching styles to meet the needs of different age groups and abilities.
– Managing the classroom environment effectively to maintain a positive learning atmosphere.
Requirements:
– Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
– Experience in teaching across multiple year groups, ideally within a primary setting.
– Strong classroom management skills with the ability to adapt quickly to new environments.
– A passion for teaching and ensuring all pupils reach their full potential.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
