4myschools are looking for a Learning Support Assistant Job Chelmsford
We are currently seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant Job Chelmsford for an immediate start to support an EYFS setting. This is an ideal role for a caring, patient, and enthusiastic individual with a keen interest in early years education. You’ll be joining a welcoming and supportive team, assisting in delivering engaging learning activities that nurture foundational skills in young children.
Part-time, 11 hours per week
Immediate Start – 4th April 2025
Key Responsibilities:
– Support the EYFS team in providing high-quality care and education
– Assist with planning and delivering engaging activities aligned with EYFS curriculum
– Provide one-to-one or small group support to help children reach their full potential as a Learning Support Assistant Job Chelmsford
– Monitor and document children’s progress, ensuring a nurturing learning environment
Requirements:
– Previous experience in an EYFS or primary setting is preferred
– Relevant qualification (Level 2/3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning or equivalent) is desirable
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Passionate about working with young children and supporting their development as a Learning Support Assistant Job Chelmsford
