About the Role
Position: Business and Economics Teacher
Location: Brentwood, Essex
Start Date: Easter Term 2024
Contract: Full-Time or Part-Time (flexible arrangements available)
You will deliver engaging lessons that bring Business and Economics to life, fostering a deep understanding of key concepts and preparing students for academic success. This role is ideal for a teacher with a proven track record of achieving excellent results or a talented ECT looking for a supportive environment to launch their career.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver innovative and differentiated lessons for KS4 and KS5.
- Inspire a love for Business and Economics, encouraging critical thinking and practical application.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to support improvement.
- Collaborate with a dedicated team of educators to enhance curriculum delivery.
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Specialism in Business and Economics.
- Strong knowledge of the UK curriculum for KS4/KS5.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- A commitment to nurturing a positive and inclusive learning environment.
