About the Role:
As a Supply Teacher, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of high-quality education. You will be required to teach and manage a mixed-ability class of children, creating a stimulating and engaging learning environment. Your role will vary depending on the specific needs of the school, but you will always be committed to ensuring a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
Responsibilities as a Supply Primary Class Teacher:
- Deliver engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum.
- Provide a safe and supportive classroom environment.
- Assess and monitor pupils’ progress and provide feedback.
- Adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of individual students.
- Work collaboratively with the school staff and parents to support student development.

Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Strong classroom management skills.
