About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a welcoming and supportive school in Witham. This is a fantastic long-term opportunity for someone who is committed to fostering a positive learning environment and helping students reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting students on a one-to-one basis or in small groups
Assisting the class teacher with lesson preparation and delivery
Providing additional support to students with SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities)
Encouraging student engagement and participation in class activities
Creating a nurturing and inclusive learning environment
Requirements:
Previous experience working as an LSA or in a similar role (preferred but not essential)
A passion for education and supporting young learners
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and staff
Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
