We are recruiting for a flexible Class TA to join a fantastic school this September. This role is available as either part-time or full-time, offering flexibility to suit your needs.
About the Role:
Supporting primary students in the classroom
Assisting the class teacher with planning and activities
Managing behaviour effectively and promoting a positive learning environment
Providing one-to-one and small-group support where needed
Requirements:
Experience working with primary students
Strong behaviour management skills
A proactive and positive approach
TA qualification (desirable but not essential)
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
