Fractional Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) – Remote
Location: Remote (East of England focus)

We’re looking for a skilled Fractional Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead and guide our marketing efforts. This role will involve developing and executing strategic campaigns to engage schools and candidates, driving business growth in the East of England.
Role Overview:
As the Fractional CMO, you’ll lead our inbound marketing strategy and mentor our existing two-person marketing team. You’ll develop and oversee campaigns designed to engage educational institutions and prospective candidates, utilising top inbound & outbound marketing tools to drive results.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategically guide and provide mentorship to the internal marketing team (2 part-time employees), enhancing their skills and campaign execution.
Develop and implement a comprehensive inbound marketing strategy to boost engagement with schools and candidates in the East of England.
Leverage and optimize leading inbound marketing tools (HubSpot, Marketo, or similar platforms) to drive traffic, nurture leads, and increase conversions.
Create and oversee content marketing, SEO, email marketing, and social media campaigns to elevate brand awareness and engagement.
Analyze data from campaigns and marketing channels, making data-driven decisions to optimise results and improve ROI.
Align marketing efforts with recruitment goals, ensuring consistent communication and collaboration with our sales and resourcing teams.
Guide on the latest marketing trends and tools, ensuring the team utilises cutting-edge strategies and techniques.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a senior marketing leader (CMO, Director), ideally within the education, recruitment, or a similar service-based sector.
Strong expertise in inbound marketing, with tools like HubSpot, Marketo, or similar.
Ability to mentor, lead, and inspire a small marketing team to achieve higher levels of performance.
Track record of creating effective, data-driven marketing campaigns with measurable results.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage diverse audiences, from schools to candidates.
Knowledge of the recruitment market is a plus, but not required.
Self-motivated, highly organized, and comfortable working remotely.

Senior Billing Recruitment Manager
4myschools are looking to appoint successful billing recruitment managers, team leaders, who are ready to take their next career step.
Are you a highly successful senior recruitment consultant/manager ready for leadership responsibilities, and drive to build a professional recruitment career with unlimited progression potential in the education sector?
To apply, you’ll ideally have strong management experience with a consistent highly successful billing history in education recruitment.
As a billing recruitment manager, you’ll be responsible for supporting existing recruitment consultants and building a wider team to expand 4myschools services in current and new areas.
To work with 4myschools staff to grow customer accounts, develop customer relationships and secure sustainable new revenue from new schools.
To grow and maximize 4myschools revenue through business acumen deepening client relationships and by the development of the recruitment consultants, compliance team and others in the business.
Lead by Example
Lead by example: developing sales with specific schools and candidates in specific areas taking full accountability for those customers.
Primarily deepening relationships with schools and teachers through consistent delivery of exceptionally good service and to ensure all clients continue to use 4myschools services rather than drift off to competitors.
Obtain suitable new clients via referrals from customers and foster business relationships to increase revenue from new customers.

You enjoy billing, leading, and managing people, with proven skills as a team leader, who is relied on, as the “go-to” person for answers and suggestions.

SEN Recruitment Consultant
Salary/Rate £25,000 – £45,000/annum

Senior Recruitment Consultant Vacancies
If you’re looking to progress your career with an expanding recruitment business then 4myschools might be for you.

We work with experienced recruiters who have successfully run their own desk and potentially managed other consultants who are looking to develop a career.
Must be tenacious and engaging, with a calm personality, and excellent communication
Roles:
- Establishing and developing relationships with colleagues, supply teachers, teaching assistants and schools;
- Filling daily temporary supply roles, long term placements and permanent vacancies;
- Identifying, recruiting candidates and clients;
- Liaising with customers;
- Achieving daily and weekly activity to generate income.
Skills:
- Minimum of 3 years recruitment experience;
- Strong business acumen;
- Commitment to quality;
- Excellent organisational skills;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Good working knowledge of MSWord, MSExcel, Sharepoint, etc;
