Recruitment Coordinator – Full Time
Are you looking for hybrid home/office working (office available full time in Chelmsford) with full time hours in a professional environment to utilise your skills with the intention to become a recruitment consultant?
4myschools are looking for a professional to work full time, the hours are 7am – 4.30 pm with reduced hours during the school holidays. This is a sales-based role, if you love speaking to and helping people this role is for you. We offer flexibility with hours to fit around your home life.
The role is initially to support the business within the Sales and Compliance teams ensuring candidates are sourced and cleared swiftly; ready to work at their first opportunity. In time and with full training you can become a recruitment consultant with commission and base salary.
What will you be doing in the role of Recruitment Coordinator
Speaking to candidates on a daily basis
Sending and chasing references
Setting up of workers on our systems
Speaking with schools to get job descriptions and ensure client satisfaction
The ideal person will
Have experience working in a professional office environment
Hold English and Maths GCSE at 4 or above (or equivalent)
Demonstrate a professional telephone manner
Be organised, personable and helpful
Experience of working in Recruitment industry (not essential)
You will receive a full induction and be supported by an experienced team who can demonstrate how to provide the highest level of service to the schools and teachers across our business.
