Role Overview:
As an Intervention Teacher, you will play a crucial role in supporting students who have fallen behind academically. You will work closely with classroom teachers, parents, and the school’s leadership team to identify students in need of additional support and implement targeted intervention strategies. Your primary goal will be to help these students bridge the learning gaps, build confidence, and achieve their academic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
📚 Deliver high-quality, targeted intervention sessions to small groups or individual students.
📊 Assess students’ learning needs and develop personalized learning plans.
📝 Monitor and track students’ progress, adjusting interventions as needed.
🤝 Collaborate with classroom teachers to align intervention strategies with the curriculum.
🗣️ Provide regular feedback to students, parents, and the school’s leadership team on progress and areas for improvement.
🌈 Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student engagement and resilience.

Qualifications and Experience:
🎓 A recognized teaching qualification (QTS or equivalent).
📈 Proven experience in teaching and/or providing academic interventions.

💬 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
