About the Role:
As an SEMH Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with social, emotional, and mental health needs. Your key responsibilities will include:
🤝 Providing one-on-one and small group support to students with SEMH needs.
🧠 Assisting in the development of personalized learning plans to help students achieve their full potential.
🌈 Promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.
🛠️ Working closely with teachers and other professionals to implement strategies that address students’ individual needs.
🌟 Supporting students in managing their emotions and behaviour in a constructive way.
