Our client, a thriving and supportive secondary school in Braintree, is seeking a passionate and dynamic English Teacher to join their team from January 2025. About the Role:
You will be stepping into an important role within the English department, with the chance to make real improvements and contribute to shaping the department’s future success. Key Responsibilities:
– Deliver engaging and high-quality English lessons across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 experience is a bonus)
– Work collaboratively with the Head of Department to raise standards within the English curriculum
– Foster a positive learning environment that motivates students to achieve their best as an English Teacher in Braintree
– Contribute to departmental planning, assessment, and curriculum development
