Are you a passionate and dedicated primary teacher looking for an exciting new opportunity in January? We are working with a fantastic primary school in Braintree, Essex, that is seeking an enthusiastic Year 4 Teacher to join their team on a full-time, long-term basis.
About the Role:
This is a full-time teaching position, where you will be responsible for delivering engaging and dynamic lessons to a class of enthusiastic Year 4 pupils. You will work closely with an experienced and supportive leadership team who are committed to delivering high-quality education. This is an excellent opportunity to make a real impact and to be part of a welcoming and positive school environment.
Key Responsibilities:
– Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum
– Monitor pupil progress and provide feedback to parents and carers
– Work collaboratively with the wider school team, including teaching assistants and other staff
– Manage behaviour effectively to create a positive learning environment
– Participate in school events and activities
Requirements:
– Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
– Experience teaching Key Stage 2, ideally Year 4
– A strong understanding of the national curriculum and assessment strategies
– Excellent communication and organisational skills
– Passionate about making a difference in children’s education
