Are you passionate about education and eager to make a difference in local schools? We are seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Secondary Cover Supervisors to join our team, working in a variety of secondary schools across Braintree, Witham, and Colchester. Whether you’re looking for one day or five days of work per week, we have flexible opportunities to suit your availability.
Key Responsibilities:
– Deliver pre-set lessons and manage classrooms in the absence of teaching staff.
– Maintain a positive and controlled learning environment.
– Ensure pupils remain on task and adhere to school policies.
– Support the overall development and welfare of students as a Secondary Cover Supervisor
About You:
– Previous experience within an educational setting is desired, but not essential.
– Strong communication and classroom management skills.
– Ability to work flexibly and adapt to different school environments as a Secondary Cover Supervisor
– A genuine interest in helping students reach their full potential.
