Responsibilities:
– Support classroom teachers by delivering lessons and assisting with lesson planning.
– Work with students individually or in small groups to enhance their learning experience.
– Assist in creating a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
– Monitor student progress and report findings to the teaching staff.
– Assist in classroom management and behaviour support.
– Collaborate with staff to implement school policies and support student development.
Requirements:
– HLTA Qualification (mandatory).
– Experience in supporting students in a primary or secondary school setting.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to manage groups of students effectively and confidently.
