Position: SEN Teacher (Secondary)

Key Responsibilities:
– Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences to secondary school students with special educational needs.
– Adapt teaching methods and resources to meet the diverse needs of students.
– Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters student engagement and success.
– Work collaboratively with school staff, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
– Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and implementing appropriate interventions when necessary.
Requirements:
– Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
– Proven experience working with secondary age students with special educational needs.
– Strong understanding of SEN best practices and legislation.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to adapt teaching styles to suit individual student needs.
– Enthusiasm, patience, and a genuine passion for supporting students with SEN.
