About the Role:

We are currently recruiting for enthusiastic Science Teachers to join secondary schools across the Essex region, starting in January 2024. Whether you specialise in Biology, Chemistry, or Physics, we have a variety of roles available to suit your expertise and preferences.

Key Responsibilities:

– Deliver engaging and dynamic science lessons that inspire students and foster a love for learning.
– Plan and prepare effective teaching materials and assessments that cater to the needs of all students.
– Monitor and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback to help students achieve their potential.
– Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to the development of the science curriculum.
– Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports student learning and well-being.
– Participate in staff meetings, parent evenings, and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

– Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
– A degree in Science (Biology, Chemistry, Physics) or a related field.
– Proven experience teaching Science at the secondary school level (KS3/KS4).
– Strong communication and classroom management skills.
– A commitment to continuous professional development and a passion for education.
