About the Role:

As a Full-Time Maths Teacher, you will be responsible for teaching Maths to students across a range of year groups, preparing engaging lesson plans, and assessing student progress. You will be part of a collaborative team focused on achieving excellence in education, and you will have the chance to contribute to the development of the Maths curriculum.

Key Responsibilities:

– Deliver engaging and effective Maths lessons to students in line with the curriculum.
– Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to the needs of all students.
– Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support to ensure academic growth.
– Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the development of teaching strategies.
– Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes a love of learning.

Key Requirements:

– Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
– A degree in Mathematics or a closely related subject.
– Proven experience teaching Maths at secondary level.
– Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage and motivate students.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Desirable Attributes:

– Experience with GCSE and A-Level Maths.
– Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to a positive school culture.
