About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Geography Teacher to join an outstanding secondary school in Harlow. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified professional to teach Geography up to A Level. The role offers flexibility, with both full-time and part-time positions available, starting in September.
Key Responsibilities:
– Deliver engaging and comprehensive Geography lessons to students at Key Stages 3, 4, and A Level.
– Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the curriculum standards and cater to diverse learning needs.
– Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
– Foster a positive learning environment that encourages student participation and enthusiasm for Geography.
– Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience and contribute to the school community.
Requirements:
– Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
– Experience teaching Geography at secondary school level, preferably up to A Level.
– Strong subject knowledge and a passion for Geography.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to inspire and motivate students.
