Are you passionate about early childhood education and making a positive impact on young lives? Our esteemed client, a leading nursery in Ipswich, is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Nursery Nurse to join their dynamic Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) team. This is a full-time position starting in September, offering an exciting opportunity to work in a nurturing and stimulating environment.
Key Responsibilities:
– Provide a high standard of physical, emotional, social, and intellectual care for children in the nursery.
– Implement and oversee the EYFS curriculum, ensuring engaging and age-appropriate activities that promote children’s learning and development.
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of children’s progress and development.
– Work collaboratively with parents and carers to support their children’s learning and development.
– Ensure the health and safety of all children, staff, and visitors at all times.
– Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development and implementation of nursery policies and procedures.
Requirements:
– Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years Education (e.g., CACHE Level 3, NVQ Level 3).
– Proven experience working within an EYFS setting.
– Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and child development.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work effectively as part of a team and on your own initiative.
– Passionate about early years education and committed to fostering a positive learning environment.
