About the Role:
We are currently seeking enthusiastic Primary Supply Teachers to join our pool of exceptional educators for various primary schools across Ipswich. Whether you are an experienced teacher or an Early Career Teacher (ECT), we have the perfect opportunities for you to thrive and make a positive impact on young learners.
Key Responsibilities:
– Deliver engaging and effective lessons across Key Stages 1 and 2.
– Adapt to different school environments and teaching styles.
– Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
– Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
– Collaborate with school staff to support students’ learning and development.
Requirements:
– Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
– Experience in teaching primary-aged children (desirable but not essential for ECTs).
– Strong classroom management skills.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Flexibility and adaptability to work in different schools.
