As a KS1/2 Teacher in an Alternative Provision setting, you will play a crucial role in delivering engaging, creative, and supportive lessons that cater to each student’s individual learning requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
– Plan and deliver inclusive, differentiated lessons that inspire and challenge KS1/2 pupils.
– Foster a supportive and nurturing classroom environment.
– Collaborate with a dedicated team of educators and support staff.
– Implement and uphold the school’s behaviour and safeguarding policies.
– Track and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and reports.

Requirements:
– Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
– Experience teaching KS1/2 pupils, preferably within an Alternative Provision or similar setting.
– Strong understanding of differentiated instruction and inclusive teaching practices.
– Excellent communication and organisational skills.
– A genuine passion for supporting and nurturing students with diverse needs.
