Job Description:
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and reliable Day-to-Day Supply Teachers to join our team and work in various primary schools in St Albans, Hertfordshire. This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to gain experience in different educational settings, making it perfect for both experienced teachers and ECTs looking to build their careers.
Key Responsibilities:
– Deliver high-quality teaching and learning across a range of primary subjects.
– Adapt to various school environments and classroom dynamics.
– Follow lesson plans and ensure continuity of learning in the absence of the regular teacher.
– Manage classroom behaviour effectively to create a positive learning atmosphere.
– Engage and motivate students to achieve their full potential.
– Provide feedback to the regular class teacher and school staff as required.
Requirements:
– Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
– Experience teaching in primary schools is desirable but not essential.
– Strong classroom management skills.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Flexibility and adaptability to work in different school environments.
– A valid DBS check or willingness to undergo one.
