Are you a dedicated and passionate educator looking to inspire and shape the minds of young learners? Our client, a vibrant and supportive primary school in Stowmarket, is seeking an enthusiastic Lower KS2 Teacher to join their team on a full-time basis starting in September.
About the Role:
As a Lower KS2 Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering a broad and balanced curriculum to a class of eager and motivated students. You will plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of all pupils, ensuring each child reaches their full potential. Collaboration with colleagues, parents, and external agencies is essential to foster a positive and productive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
– Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in accordance with the National Curriculum.
– Assess and track pupil progress, providing constructive feedback.
– Create a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment.
– Implement effective behaviour management strategies.
– Work collaboratively with other staff members and parents.
– Participate in staff meetings, training, and continuous professional development.
Requirements:
– Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
– Experience teaching in Lower KS2 (Years 3 and 4) is highly desirable.
– Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and assessment frameworks.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
– Ability to inspire and motivate students with varied abilities.
