We are currently seeking an enthusiastic PPA (Planning, Preparation, and Assessment) Teacher for a full-time position at a welcoming primary school in Tiptree, Essex. This role is ideal for an experienced teacher or an ambitious ECT looking to gain more classroom experience.
About the Role:
– Full-time position starting January 2025
– Providing PPA cover across various year groups
– Delivering high-quality lessons in accordance with the curriculum
– Working closely with the wider teaching team to ensure continuity of learning
– Engaging students and fostering a positive learning environment
Requirements:
– Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
– Experience working across primary age groups is desirable
– Strong classroom management and organisational skills
– Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with staff and students
– Passion for teaching and commitment to raising educational standards
