Are you a passionate and dedicated Maths teacher looking for an exciting opportunity in Ware, Hertfordshire?
Our education recruitment agency is currently seeking a talented individual to join a well-respected school in Ware for a full-time position starting in September. This role is initially for one term, with the potential for extension based on performance and school requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
– Deliver engaging and effective Maths lessons to students of varying abilities
– Plan and prepare schemes of work and lesson plans in accordance with the curriculum
– Assess and track student progress, providing constructive feedback
– Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
– Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to the school community
Requirements:
– Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
– Proven experience teaching Maths at secondary school level
– Strong knowledge of the national curriculum
– Excellent classroom management skills
– Ability to inspire and motivate students
