We are an esteemed education recruitment agency, and we are currently seeking a dynamic Year 3/4 Teacher to join a thriving primary school in Ware, Hertfordshire, on a one-year maternity cover contract.

Key Responsibilities:
– Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons for Year 3 and 4 students.
– Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports the academic and personal development of each child.
– Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support to ensure continuous improvement.
– Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community to enhance the educational experience of all students.
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student performance and development.
Candidate Requirements:
– Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
– Experience teaching in a primary school setting, preferably within Key Stage 2.
– Strong understanding of the National Curriculum and effective teaching practices.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– A genuine passion for teaching and a commitment to inspiring young learners.
– Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
