The Role:
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Design and Technology (DT) Teacher for both part-time and full-time positions in Woodbridge. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking and dynamic school community starting this September.
Key Responsibilities:
– Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective DT lessons that cater to a diverse range of students.
– Inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential in Design and Technology.
– Assess, record, and report on students’ progress in line with school policies.
– Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
– Stay up-to-date with the latest educational trends and best practices in DT education.
Requirements:
– Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
– Proven experience in teaching Design and Technology at the secondary level.
– Strong subject knowledge and a passion for DT.
– Excellent classroom management skills.
– Ability to inspire and engage students of all abilities.
– Strong communication and organisational skills.
