The Role:

As an Autistic Base LSA, you will provide tailored support to students with autism, helping them to thrive in a nurturing and structured environment. Your role will involve assisting with learning activities, supporting emotional and social development, and working closely with the class teacher and SEN team to ensure each pupil receives the support they need.

Key Responsibilities:
