Position Details:

Exciting HLTA & Learning Support Assistant Job Opportunities!
HLTA Salary: £19,266 – £19,891
LSA Salary: £18,089 – £19,266
Hours: 32.5 hours per week (08:30 – 15:30), term-time only (44 weeks per year)

We are looking for candidates who:

Have experience working in a school environment
Are enthusiastic, motivated, and adaptable
Can support pupils’ development with care and professionalism
Work well as part of a team and contribute to a positive learning environment
For HLTA roles: Can confidently lead a whole class when required
Can assist in delivering a broad and balanced curriculum to support children in reaching their full potential
