Due to an unexpected early retirement, we are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated EYFS Lead Teacher to join a school in Stanford Le Hope from Easter 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced EYFS teacher who is passionate about early education and ready to take on a leadership role in a supportive and dynamic environment.

🌟 The Role

As the EYFS Lead Teacher, you will:
Lead and inspire our EYFS team to deliver outstanding early years education.
Develop and implement an engaging, high-quality curriculum.
Foster a nurturing, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
Work closely with senior leadership to drive progress and ensure best practices.
Engage with parents and the wider school community to enhance children’s learning experiences.

🎓 About You

We are looking for someone who:
Has a passion for early years education and child development.
Holds QTS and has significant experience in EYFS. Has a proven track record of delivering excellent teaching and learning.
Demonstrates strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire others.
Is a team player with excellent communication and organisational skills.
