We are working with a lovely school that are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic LSA to support the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). 🌱 Your role will involve working closely with teachers to nurture children’s social, emotional, and academic development in a caring and stimulating environment. 💡EYFS Learning Support Assistant Job.

📋 Key Responsibilities:

🎨 Supporting the delivery of high-quality, creative, and engaging EYFS curriculum activities.
🤝 Providing one-to-one or small group support to children with additional needs.
🌟 Encouraging positive behaviour and fostering an inclusive classroom atmosphere.
🧩 Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure every child reaches their full potential.

🎯 What They’re Looking For:

✅ Experience working with young children, ideally within an EYFS setting.
💖 A patient, compassionate, and proactive approach to supporting learning.
✨ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
🎓 A relevant qualification, such as CACHE Level 2/3 or equivalent, is desirable but not essential.
