Are you a passionate and dedicated Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Teacher looking for a new opportunity? We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced EYFS Teacher to join our vibrant team at our welcoming nursery school in Bishops Stortford. This is a Easter 2025 start and a full-time role for at least one term, with the possibility of extension.
Key Responsibilities for a EYFS Teacher
- Plan and deliver engaging and creative lessons across EYFS following the national curriculum.
- Support the development of children’s academic, social, and emotional well-being.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all children feel valued.
- Use assessment to monitor and track progress, providing feedback to students and parents.
- Collaborate with other staff members, sharing best practices and contributing to the wider school community.
- Ensure a safe and supportive learning environment at all times.
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience working with EYFS children (desirable but not essential).
- A passion for teaching and a commitment to inspiring young learners.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- A creative and flexible approach to teaching, with a focus on individualized learning.
- An understanding of the importance of fostering positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
