Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant looking for a new role?
A position is available to join a Basildon based school as a full-time EYFS Teaching Assistant. You will be responsible for promoting a positive school culture by leading the way for nurturing the children and fostering a holistic approach to education. The focus will be to help all children thrive academically and personally.
Requirements:
- Previous experience of supporting children holistically (socially, emotionally and academically)
- Excellent communication skills and a range of strategies to employ around this
- The ability to build rapport and connection with pupils, staff and parents/carers
- Experience of liaising with outside professionals, as well as your colleagues
- Skills in teamwork
- A passion for helping children realise their potential and feel confident in trying to reach their goals
