Pay: £153 – £211.96 per day paid to scale
Geography Teacher Ipswich. Are you a passionate and dedicated Geography Teacher looking for an exciting new opportunity? We are a leading education recruitment agency seeking a qualified and experienced Geography Teacher to join a school in Ipswich, Suffolk, starting from September 2024.
The ideal Geography Teacher will be confident in teaching to Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4) and have excellent subject knowledge. Whole class teaching responsibilities will be required including planning, marking, and attending CPD sessions.
This role is due to begin in September 2024 until the Christmas but could start sooner for the right candidate. This role is on a part time basis, working 2-3 days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
– Plan and deliver engaging Geography lessons that inspire and motivate students.
– Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
– Assess and track student progress, providing constructive feedback.
– Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience.
Requirements:
– Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
– Proven experience teaching Geography to secondary school students.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to create a stimulating and supportive learning environment.
