Key Responsibilities:
👩🏫 Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with SEND.
📋 Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
🤝 Work collaboratively with teachers to adapt and deliver lessons tailored to each student’s needs.
🌈 Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
📊 Monitor and report on student progress to teachers and parents.
🌟 Support students in developing social skills and building self-confidence.

Requirements:
🧑🎓 Previous experience working with children with SEND is highly desirable.
