We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated KS2 Supply Class Teacher to join a supportive primary school in March. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled educator who is passionate about inspiring and motivating children in Key Stage 2.
About the Role:
As a Supply Teacher, you will work across KS2, teaching a range of subjects and providing high-quality education to children aged 7-11. Your role will include delivering engaging lessons, managing classroom behaviour, and ensuring a positive and inclusive learning environment. You will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and supportive team of staff and play a key role in the development of young learners.
Responsibilities as a KS1 Supply Primary Class Teacher:
- Delivering lessons in line with the National Curriculum for KS2.
- Engaging students in a variety of subjects, ensuring a stimulating and challenging learning experience.
- Assessing pupils’ progress and providing feedback to help them reach their full potential.
- Managing classroom behaviour and creating a positive, supportive environment for learning.
- Collaborating with staff to ensure continuity and consistency in teaching and learning.
- Supporting students’ social, emotional, and academic development.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching in Key Stage 2 (KS2) is desirable.
- Strong classroom management and organisational skills.
- Passionate about teaching and helping children achieve their best.
- Flexible, adaptable, and able to work in a variety of school settings.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
