KS2 Teacher Jobs Felixstowe. Are you a passionate and dedicated teacher looking for an exciting opportunity in Felixstowe? We are currently recruiting for a Year 5/6 Teacher to join a warm and welcoming primary school from January 2025. This is a full-time position working with a mixed Year 5 and Year 6 class, where you’ll play a crucial role in preparing students for the transition to secondary school.
Position Details:
- Deliver engaging and creative lessons in line with the Key Stage 2 curriculum.
- Prepare students for end-of-year assessments, ensuring they achieve their potential.
- Develop a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports students’ academic and personal growth.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively, promoting mutual respect and a love for learning.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and parents to support students’ progress and well-being.
Requirements:
To be considered for this position, you must meet the following criteria:
Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or an equivalent teaching qualification recognised in the UK.
Have experience teaching KS2 students or a strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum.
Show a passion for education and a commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
Be adaptable, resilient, and able to work effectively within a dynamic classroom setting.
