4myschools are looking for a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to work at a nursery school in Waltham Cross, Hertfordshire.
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our team on a part-time basis. This role will involve supporting and nurturing children in a caring and stimulating environment from after Easter until July. The hours will be Monday to Friday, 12 PM to 4 PM.
Key Responsibilities for a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner
- Ensure a safe and engaging learning environment for children aged 0-5 years.
- Plan and deliver activities that support children’s development in line with the EYFS framework.
- Observe and track children’s progress, providing feedback to parents and carers.
- Promote children’s social, emotional, and physical growth.
- Work collaboratively with the team to deliver high-quality care.
- Maintain a clean and organized nursery environment.
Requirements
- Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
- Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting.
- Paediatric First Aid qualification (preferable, but not essential).
- A genuine passion for working with children.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- A nurturing and supportive approach to children’s development.
