Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and comprehensive Maths lessons to students across KS3 and KS4.
• Employ innovative teaching techniques to inspire a love for Mathematics and encourage critical thinking.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters participation and academic excellence.
• Assess and evaluate student progress through assignments, projects, quizzes, and exams, providing constructive feedback to support improvement.
• Incorporate technology and real-world applications to bring Maths concepts to life and engage students.
• Maintain accurate records of student performance and progress, and communicate regularly with parents/guardians.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in Mathematics education to continually enhance teaching practices.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Proven experience teaching Maths at the secondary level.
• Passion for education and the ability to inspire students to explore and excel in Mathematics.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, staff, and parents.
• Ability to create an inclusive learning environment that caters to diverse student needs.
• Proficiency in integrating technology into teaching to enhance learning outcomes.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for effective classroom management and planning.
