The Role
As a Primary Long-Term Supply Teacher, you will:
- Deliver engaging and creative lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where all pupils can thrive.
- Adapt to the needs of the school, demonstrating flexibility and initiative.
- Assess, record, and report on the progress and attainment of pupils.
- Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to the school’s ethos and objectives.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for candidates who:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualifications.
- Have experience teaching within the Primary age range.
- Possess strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Are enthusiastic, adaptable, and committed to the development of all pupils.
- Are able to quickly integrate into a new school environment.
