Your role as a Primary LSA Jobs Felixstowe will involve:

Providing one-on-one and small-group support to pupils with a range of learning needs.
Assisting the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons and classroom activities.
Supporting students’ social, emotional, and academic development.
Encouraging a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Working closely with teachers and SENCOs to ensure each child receives the right support.

We are looking for Primary LSA Jobs Felixstowe who possess:

Experience as an LSA, Teaching Assistant, or relevant childcare/social care background.
A L2 or L3 childcare or Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable but not essential
A passion for supporting children’s learning and development.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Adaptability and a positive, proactive approach to working in schools
